Welcome to PaddleH2O, where we know that the fun begins once you're in the water!

We are a young paddlesports business based in Lichfield, Staffordshire, offering instruction, coaching, led trips and expeditions, and first aid training.

Our founder, Steven Still, is a PaddleUK qualified instructor, coach and trained outdoors first aid medic. Steven has been delivering professional canoe instruction, coaching and leading expeditions for over a decade, and has paddled some of the best waters in the UK and abroad.

Our team has extensive experience in organising expeditions and training programs abroad, such as Canada, France and the United States.

Whether you're a beginner looking for the perfect place to hone your skills, or you're eager to receive outdoors first aid training, join us and paddle the stunning waterways of the UK today!

2 Day River Wye Guided SUP Expedition – 14-15 June 2025

If you enjoy getting out on the water for a day but really want to push yourself a bit further, then our 2 day guided SUP expedition could be exactly what you need! Throughout the journey, you will be looked after by a PaddleUK qualified SUP river leader with over a decade of experience leading groups on journeys just like yours, so you can rest assured you will be in safe hands. You will be provided with a full kit list to ensure you have a comfortable and safe expedition. Ideally you will provide your own SUP and personal equipment, however if you need a SUP, one can be loaned from us at no extra cost. Get in touch for more information or to secure your place! North West and Central Highlands Canoe Expedition – 20-26 April 2025

If you are yearning for adventure and to really test your ability in a canoe, why not join us for a 5 day odyssey in to the wild and untouched remoteness of the North West and Central Highlands of Scotland? This promises to be a journey of epic proportions as we explore the wild Inverpolly Lochs of Veyatie, Fionn and Sionascaig. Overshadowed by the mighty Suilven, we'll find a wild camp site and take a couple of days to explore the environment, fully immersed in the peace and tranquillity of this vast and beautiful area of Scotland. From our base, you can choose to explore on foot at your leisure, or why not take on Suilven itself? Cost £500 per person.

16 Hour Outdoor First Aid – 4-5 June 2025 (Staffordshire)

PaddleH2O’s 2-day Outdoors First Aid course covers a detailed and comprehensive range of First Aid emergencies, that will give you the knowledge, skills and confidence to deal injury and illness in a prompt, safe and effective way, particularly where professional medical help is not immediately available.
